Your lapel pin journey starts with an idea. You can create your design in programs like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, or sketch by hand and scan it.
Tips:
· Use vector files (AI, SVG) for crisp outlines.
· Include color references (Pantone if possible).
· Indicate size and any text clearly.
· Visual cue: A row of file icons with labels PSD, AI, PDF, EPS to illustrate accepted artwork formats.
Once your concept is received, the factory creates a digital mock-up of the lapel pin. This shows:
· Front and back views
· Plate finish (gold, silver, black nickel, etc.)
· Color fills (soft enamel, hard enamel)
· Size and thickness
This is your chance to review before production begins.
Visual cue: A mock-up with labeled elements (raised metal, enamel areas, color codes).
Once your design is approved, we’ll send you real photos and video samples of the finished pins so you can review every detail before production ships.
After you confirm the artwork:
· Create the production tooling.
· Stamp and form the base metal.
· Plate the metal finish.
· Fill and polish the enamel.
· Attach the pin backing.
· Perform final quality inspection.
· Package and prepare for shipment.
Shipping Options:
We offer fast, reliable international delivery via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, EMS, and DHL. You can also choose DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service to ensure your pins arrive hassle-free and on time.
Understanding Materials & Styles
Soft Enamel vs Hard Enamel
Side-by-side cross-section illustrations of soft and hard enamel:
· Soft enamel: Textured surface, colors recessed — classic look.
· Hard enamel: Smooth surface flush with metal lines — premium feel.
