Soft Enamel pins are arguably the most recognizable process for making lapel pins.

Its notable for its embossed look and feel.   First a die stamp is created with your design.

This die is used to strike your design into copper or iron base metal.  

If your design calls for it, we hand sandblast the pin to create the textured background.

Enamel colors are then applied to the recessed areas based on your design.

A syringe filled with paints is used to fill the wells created by the die stamping process.

Your lapel pins are than baked in a 350 degree oven to cure the enamel.  

A trim tool is than used to carefully cut out the outside shape of your lapel pins.

The raised surface of your lapel pin is than polished to a mirror like finish.
